During his 11 years with The Ritz-Carlton Company, Brian traveled extensively both domestically and internationally, consulting Fortune 500 Board of Directors, advising C-Suite leaders and executives, delivering keynote speeches and conducting workshops for over 30,000 professionals of every job description and title imaginable...resulting in closing millions of dollars of new and repeat business directly impacting top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability!

Prior to his corporate executive promotion to The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center, Brian was the Director of Quality & Organizational Effectiveness at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel.

 

Brian was directly responsible for all training and development, and organizational effectiveness of over 900 Ladies and Gentlemen, through the study and implementation of total quality management processes in a world-class five-star hotel.

 

As Chair of various quality improvement implementation teams, Brian conducted on-going quality studies to ensure measurable levels of communication, evaluating relevance of programs, understanding the study and practice of the quality sciences to develop new, and specific training, based on guest and employee engagement survey analyses.

 

Additionally, by training on the concepts of Total Quality Management, Brian enhanced organizational effectiveness as related to the development of problem solving, root cause analyses, strategic planning, measurement and tracking tools, and statistical data analysis with Ritz-Carlton hotels:

Brian joined The Ritz-Carlton as a front-line lobby concierge and took an 11 year journey of "I did not know, what I did not know" to traveling domestically and internationally to fulfill client consultation engagements with over 400 global leading corporate and healthcare organizations that were bench-marking the world-class business practices and proven process methodologies that led to The Ritz-Carlton becoming a two-time recipient of the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
